Jewelry Sizing

Each jewelry piece is unique, however we do have some basic sizing we go by. The length of each necklace and how and where it hangs on your neck differs, especially because each individual is different . Typically, chokers are 14 - 16 inches, collar-length necklaces are 16-18 inches and chest and stomach-length necklaces are 30-40 inches. Generally, bracelets are approximately 7".We will do custom orders, so if you have a specific size preference, please fill out a custom order on the Custom Order section of our website.

Warranty

Since all our jewelry is handmade, we would advise that you treat it delicately. We work hard at making our jewelry strong, but it is definitely breakable. Please take care of it. There is a $16 restringing fee* if one of your pieces break (if the piece is a simple, one strand piece). We may charge a higher rate for more complicated designs. Any materials that are lost will be subject to a replacement fee (we cannot promise that we will have those materials in stock and may need to replace items with another similar item/bead/gemstones)

Jewelry Care

Silver can be polished with a special silver cleaning cloth, such as Sunshine Cloth. Semi-precious stones can be cleaned with a damp (100% cotton) cloth. Pearls keep their shine by contactwith the natural oils in your skin. They can also be wiped with a damp cloth. Pearls should never be put in a chemical cleaning solution. Sterling Silver will not tarnish so easily if you keep the jewelry in jeweler's tissue or a plastic bag.

To remove fingerprints, light grease or dirt off Sterling Silver, add a small amount of mild liquid soap to a half cup of warm water, soak 2-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely before storing in an air tight plastic bag.

Be very careful when using any soaking method to clean jewelry that has soft stones such as amber or turquoise.  Extended soaking in any solution may harm the polish on the stone. Never use Chlorine Bleach to clean jewelry.

Ordering and PayPal

We use PayPal to handle our website's transactions.Through PayPal, you can purchase items with your PayPal account or credit card. If you would like to purchase using a personal check or money order, please email Snapdragon Jewelry and we will email an invoice including shipping. We will send your order once the check has cleared (we cannot continue to hold your items if we do not get your check within 10 days). Paypal is completely secure (for more information, please visit their security information page). Paypal will automatically determine tax ( 6.6% in the state of Utah only) and shipping.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and eChecks through PayPal are accepted

Privacy Policy

We keep all of our customers information completely confidential. We will only contact you if we have a question about your order (unless you sign up for our mailing list). We will never give(or sell) out your personal or financial information to anyone. Please view PayPal's Privacy Policy to see how they handle your personal information.

We use Google Groups to manage our mailing list. If you would like to sign up for our mailing list for news and promotions, please sign up at the bottom of the page. We keep all e-mail addresses strictly confidential and only use them for updating you with Snapdragon Jewelry information. Shipping & Handling

Items will usually be sent out within 3 days of receipt of payment if we have it in stock. If we need to order materials, we will let you know the estimate of time it will take to make and send it to you. We will send an email once the package goes to the post office. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our jewelry. We charge shipping according to dollar amount of your order.

Up to $50.00 = $2.50
$50.01 - $100.00 = $4.50
$100.01 - $150.00 = $7.00
$150.00 and on = $10.00

Custom Orders

If you would like to submit a custom order, please visit our Custom Order page and fill out the questions and information box we have. We will email you if we have any questions and also to give you a price quote. If you would to order a jewelry design that is no longer available, please fill out a custom order with the name and catalog number of the item you wish and we will create a design as similar to it as we can (according to available materials).

If you like a specific design that is available but you wish for a different color or size, send us your order as a custom order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
